A good move
There are a few things we can do to help prepare you for your move. The building offers great access, and the lift is spacious, making it easier to transport your belongings.
To ensure everything goes smoothly, please let building management know about your move at least a week in advance. They will prepare the elevator by installing protective covers. This helps safeguard both the lift and your furniture from potential damage caused by the rails and hard walls.

Some things to keep in mind when moving
Please be conscious of security and avoid leaving doors open during your move.
The best access is through 55 Nelson Street at the rear of the building, where you can avoid stairs and parking. There are a couple of bollards next to the pedestrian door of the basement which you can use to reserve some close parking spots for your moving vehicles – please bring them back in when done.
Be aware of the basement height. A standard van should be able to access the basement, while a moving truck would need to be parked in one of the on-street parking spots or over the footpath on the building side for short periods.

We know there’s always a lot of rubbish generated when moving, it’s usually boxes, polystyrene and packing materials. Please be mindful of the bin space and if you find you have a lot of things to get rid of, stagger over a couple of weeks rather than take up all bin space. Don’t place hard rubbish in the bins as the waste collection truck won’t take it and will just return it to the bin room.
