Get connected
When connecting your utilities, if a technician needs to attend, they will most likely be familiar with the building and have done connections before. Most connections like gas and electricity, won’t require anyone to come out and can be done remotely. In case you do need to know where a particular service is controlled we’ve listed them below.
Gas
Gas meters are located at the rear of the property at 55 Nelson St.
Electricity
Electricity meters are located in the basement car park next to the bike racks on the west wall.
Hot Water
Hot water service is a shared service (gas) and user pays. You will receive a seperate bill for hot water usage for your apartment. The hot water service is located on the rooftop
NBN
The communications room/cupboard is located adjacent to the light well in the entrance foyer (between fire stairs door and apartment G02). If you have a technician who needs access, just get in contact via the What’s App group and one of the committee will be able to assist.
NBN Fibre Upgrade
We have commenced the process to have our NBN upgraded to Fibre to the apartment. This work has been approved and scheduled to be completed within the next 12 weeks and completed by early March 2025.
